Memorial Day Chamber Concert

We are planning to have 4 groups perform on Memorial Day.  Remember to bring your own stands.   There will be two microphones available for announcers from each group.

Monday, May 26th, 2025   7:00pm
Butterfield Trail Village
1923 E Joyce Blvd,
Fayetteville, AR 72703

This will be the order for the concert. The number after is the length each group is preparing to perform.

Horn Force   (25 minutes)
Clarinet Choir of the Winds (8 minutes)
Friends - A Woodwind Trio (11 minutes)
Heritage Brass Band (20 minutes)

Since the clarinet choir missed their chance to rehearse last night, Russ would like that group to meet at 5:30pm at Butterfield Trail Village on Monday, May 26th before the concert.   If anyone in the clarinet group needs additional information, contact Russ Greene, drussgreene@gmail.com, or text 4796854265.

The other groups will have a chance to warmup from 6:00 to 6:45.
5:30 Clarinet
6:00 Heritage Brass Band
6:15 Friends
6:30 Horn Force

I understand some people did not receive the notification of the cancelled rehearsal last night.   It is likely the same thing may happen with this email, so if you are in the Clarinet Choir, please check with other members of the group so they are aware of the plans for Monday.

If you are able to read this and know those who didn't, ask them to check their junk or spam folders.   This will also be posted on our website and facebook page.
